Looking to choose the right photographer for you?
These days there seems to be quite the variety of photographers to choose from, no matter the area you are in. While that can seem overwhelming, it can also be a good thing! There are a ton of families, couples, etc. out there and having different options isn't bad for there is a photographer for everyone. One of the best things to look for in addition to the experience that they offer, you want to look into previous galleries. Does their style align with what you are looking for? Will those images look good for sharing on social media, as well as printed on the wall or shared for a holiday card? Now I'm pretty sure that cost is right up there with liking their work when choosing who to go with. In addition to many photographer options out there, are many differences in packages and investment costs, which can also be good because not one budget is a fit all.
Ok, so you've looked at the work and the cost fits your budget, but what else will you get out of booking with them? Are you just looking for someone to show up, get the images and be done. Or would you like more of an experience from beginning to end? Some may prefer that, and that's alright too!
Here's a bit about me and what you get when you book a session:
I am someone who always strives to do my best (sometimes I even stress myself out about it) because I want my clients to love their images so much. Now it's not all about gear, but let's be real, having good gear can make a big difference in your work. Therefore, I do make sure to have a quality camera and lenses with even a backup because you can just never trust technology 100%. In addition to having quality gear, I am always learning new things to better my work and invest in yearly classes/workshops. Again, it's not a must, but I love to see all the amazing things that I can learn to do. The more I make people happy with my work, the more in love with my job I get.
With my sessions you will get a personal experience. I like to get to know you/your family, so your images reflect who you are and will tailor each session to guide everyone that makes it feel natural, even if you tend to feel awkward in front of the camera. My goal is to make that feeling go away, and in your photos, no one would know!
Emotional Value: I love to capture connections, not just poses. I want you to feel confident and as beautiful as you are. You're leaving with more than just images- you'll have a memory -making experience that's fun, relaxed, and you being you.
Trust: My goal is to get you feeling comfortable and relaxed in front of my camera and to have fun. Just be yourself and I will handle the rest! Posing and outfit help is what I am here for!
